The KNOLLE® SOCIETÄT currently consists of six lawyers and four notaries. It has been successfully working for medium-sized companies and private individuals in the Rhine-Main region since 1965.

Lawyers
No matter whether your medium-sized company is active in industry, trade or crafts, or you contact us as a private individual: We advise and represent you in proceedings for the enforcement and defence of claims with which you are confronted in everyday business or in your private sphere, including in English.
We find solutions that take into account the personal and economic consequences in play. We also replace the in-house legal department at a large number of companies in matters of corporate, labour and tax law, as well as intellectual property law.
In addition to our work in contentious cases, we also devote ourselves to providing forward-looking advice, for example, in inheritance and family law, the appraisal of legal issues, the drafting of contracts and other out-of-court representation matters.
Notaries
We advise and accompany businesses and private individuals in all notarial matters. Our work is characterised by the understanding that we will discuss all aspects of the notarisation with you in advance and take your interests into account.
This is also reflected in the drafts we prepare, which are usually made available to you prior to notarisation. But even after notarisation, our team is at your side with advice and support and handles the processes for you swiftly and professionally.
The areas in which you can rely on the expertise of our notaries include, for example, real estate law (e.g., purchase and transfer agreements, property development business, declarations of partition), corporate law (e.g., The formation, merger, conversion and transfer of companies) and inheritance and family law (e.g., wills, certificates of inheritance, prenuptial agreements, agreements on the consequences of divorce, providential powers of attorney).

Costs & Service
The costs of notarial proceedings for all notaries appointed in Germany are based on the Court and Notarial Costs Act, whereby the exact calculation of costs is determined by the value of the transaction. You can use the fee calculator of the Federal Chamber of Notaries to calculate the fees provisionally and without guarantee.

Knolle apprentice Are you looking for an apprenticeship that challenges you and a training firm that promotes you and your talents? Or maybe you don’t really know whether you should start a degree or an apprenticeship. What should you do after you graduate from high school? We have the answer for you!
If you have always been interested in legal topics, if you have a very good secondary school leaving certificate or a good school leaving certificate, if you enjoy playing with words and have a perfect command of the German language – then you have come to the right place. We are always looking for motivated young people to whom we can introduce our great, exciting and challenging profession and pass on our knowledge.
Our profession challenges us every day and no two days are the same. Even after several decades of professional experience, no two days are the same. But with confidence and certainty we master all challenges as a team and can rely on each other. Lawyers and non-lawyers work hand in hand – we build on and trust each other.
As a paralegal or notary’s assistant, all doors are open to you after your three-year training. After a few years of work experience, you will also be financially ahead of your former schoolmates. If you like it here and have shown yourself to be a reliable person with a sense of responsibility, we will be happy to take you on as a permanent employee after your training.
What you should bring with you:
- Very good Realschulabschluss or good Abitur, with very good grades in German.
- A reliable and courteous manner
- Responsible team player with a high willingness to learn, who keeps a cool head even in time-critical situations

- A little bit of English wouldn’t hurt either
- A lot of fun learning new things and the willingness to develop yourself further
