The geographical scope of the insurance cover includes activities in the entire EU territory and thus at least meets the requirements of the regulations pursuant to Section 51 Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), as well as Section 67 of the Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG) and Sections 51 et seq. of the Ordinance on the Implementation of the Regulations on Tax Consultants, Tax Agents and Tax Consultancy Companies (DVStB).
